The monthly rate, depending on specific room, ranges from $1,300 – $1,600 for individuals. We have somewhat reduced rates for double occupancy. You may stay for more than a month, and we will schedule 2-3 week stays as well, but better rates apply to longer stays.
All guest rates include nightly dinners, plus full access to pantry and refrigerator for other meals and snacks. I will provide for your food preferences, and within reason, your food limitations. I will make sure your favorites are on hand. Guests are responsible for making their own breakfasts and lunches, though I may occasionally make a house brunch of challah French toast with our maple syrup, or a three sisters salad (yam, corn, bean) for lunch.
These rates apply to April through October; we offer some discounts during November through March and for people who want to stay for more than a month. I will also consider shorter stays for groups or families who wish to have the entire farm to themselves for their visit.
